Shipping Policy
We ship across India and internationally. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within the timeframes mentioned below.
- Processing Time: 2–3 business days (made-to-order items may take longer — details mentioned on the product page)
- Domestic Shipping (India): 4–7 business days after dispatch
- International Shipping: 10–15 business days after dispatch
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on your location and order value
- Free Shipping: Available on domestic orders above a certain order value (update as applicable)
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please read our return and exchange policy below.
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Eligible Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, sale items, and jewellery are not eligible for return
- Exchange: We offer size exchanges subject to availability
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [your email address] or DM us on Instagram with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request within 2 business days
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address (return shipping charges are borne by the customer)
- Refunds or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
